Be certain your video players are up to date!

For viewing Windows Media Videos you will need to download Windows

If you are not able to view the iPod files directly on your iPod (NOTE

formats with .mp4 or mv4) you can try this:
- Download iTunes to your computer

are the steps:
- Right click on the link. Choose "save link as."
