For pianissimo B2 add L. H. thumb low B and Bb keys to Cooper p. 58. For pianissimo A2 use Cooper p. 46 without L. H. Db key. For F#2 use Cooper p. 27 but add the L. H. thumb low D and little finger Eb keys. For D2 finger normally (Cooper p. 9), the handkerchief mutes the sound.
